Planning for the future

Every year our Board come together for a full day to review our strategy, activity and identify the best pathway for the future to ensure that we listen to our stakeholders and meet the needs of the animals and our community in a sustainable way. After an amazing 2018, where we were able to more than double the number of animals we were able to help, while ensuring we remain sustainable as an organisation, last week we had a very productive day with the Trustees and Executive Team looking at the challenges and opportunities we face as an organisation in the next few years. Thank you to everyone who contributed ideas and information for consideration at this day and we look forward to keeping you updated with our progress!!
