Communications Officer

Oak Tree Animals’ Charity has been caring for animals for over a hundred years. During that time there have been many changes in animal care and how the Charitable Sector is organised. Whilst caring for animals has always been our prime concern, we have constantly evolved so that we are able to offer the best care for our animals and utilise today’s fast-moving technology to raise the funds necessary to do so.
We are seeking an ambitious and talented Communications Officer to work with our Communications Manager to create innovative digital content, ensuring we keep a consistent style and message which will inspire our supporters and attract both the public and corporate patrons.
You will use your knowledge and experience of new and emerging social media and website processes to support our teams with on and offline communications. You will be creating informative, entertaining, and contemporary adverts, articles, videos, graphics and newsletters which will promote our fundraising, community work and events.
