Animal Care Assistant

Gordon joined the Animal Team at Oak Tree in 2023, bringing with him a strong background in dog training and a passion for animal welfare. Having previously lived in Canada, Gordon now shares his life with his Border Collie, Piper—who often lends a paw in helping to socialise dogs looking for new homes—and his most recent addition, Peggy the Chihuahua, who he adopted from Oak Tree.

Gordon is dedicated to providing daily care, enrichment, and support to both our cats and dogs while they await their forever families. We’re thrilled to have him as part of the team, helping ensure every animal in our care lives a happy and fulfilled life.
