Rehoming Co Ordinator

Robyn joined the Oak Tree team in August 2025 as our new Rehoming Co-Ordinator, bringing with her a wealth of experience from her previous role at Dogs Trust. Passionate about animal welfare, Robyn has worked with dogs of all breeds and temperaments, developing a deep understanding of their needs and behaviours.

A true animal lover, Robyn has fostered over 80 dogs and is a dedicated long-term foster carer. She also adopted a very special Chihuahua named Violet, who was in need of a loving home in her senior years. Robyn gave Violet a wonderful year full of love, comfort, and care, before she sadly passed away. But Robyn’s heart remains open, and she has since welcomed another rescue dog, Maggie, into her home, alongside her 16-year-old Jack Russell, Marley. 

Robyn’s hands-on experience with rescue and rehoming makes her a compassionate and knowledgeable resource for anyone seeking advice on adopting or rehoming a dog. We’re thrilled to have her on board, where she’ll be helping to match our cats and dogs with their forever families. Outside of work, Robyn enjoys spending time outdoors, exploring nature, and enjoying the company of her friends and family.
