Join us for a fun day of exploration and identification supported by Cumbria Biodiversity Data Centre (CBDC)!

There will be a chance to get your hands dirty searching the undergrowth for bugs and if you have your phone to hand there will be guidance for using the iNaturalist app to spot and identify nature using your phone! Simply take photos of the things you find: flowers, bugs, spiders, trees, woodlice, our site is brimming with nature! You will be able to continue to use the app in your garden and on your walks.

Don’t worry if you don’t have a phone, you can still come along and join in the fun! Take part in children's bug hunts in the woods, look for pollinators and enjoy nature walks around the site.
