Charity Auction - Working in partnership with Cash for Kids

Raising funds for animals and children

On Friday 30th November we are delighted to be teaming up with Cash for Kids and hosting a Charity Auction here at Oak Tree.

All proceeds will be split between us and this other fabulous local charity. Tickets are £30 each (tables of 10) and include a hot buffet supper and entertainment. Book a full table for £250. Please call 01228 560082 Ext. 225 to book.

ENTERTAINMENT INCLUDES:

We have the fabulous Drewdini the Table Magician thrilling you with his tricks, violinist Monika Davies treating you to some wonderful romantic tunes and Darren the DJ mixing in his music. All the while, Lakes Gin Tin will make sure you don't go thirsty.

We have some fantastic Lots up for grabs to make an ADVANCE BID, please follow these instructions:

 - In the subject line of your email, please type 'Charity Auction Advance Bid' and the Lot number you wish to bid on (e.g 'Charity Auction Advance Bid #1)

 - Please provide us with your full name, address and telephone number. 

 - In the body of the email, simply write the Lot number, along with the prize (to ensure there's no confusion!), and how much you would like to bid.

 - The email address you need is events@oaktreeanimals.org.uk  If we receive a higher bid from another person, we will contact you. Please, therefore, keep an eye on your inbox!
