Oak Tree Animals’ Charity has been helping animals for 110 years and supporting animals in need remains our prime objective. Our fundraising department plays a key role in ensuring enough funding is raised to allow us to continue delivering the services we do.

We are seeking an experienced office administrator, ideally with a background and understanding of the Charity Sector. You will be responsible for managing all aspects of administration in the fundraising department ensuring every donors’ journey is a positive one. We are determined to acknowledge all our supporters and to communicate our appreciation for all that they do. To deliver this role effectively you will need to possess an eye for detail, be naturally organised and a gifted communicator with excellent interpersonal skills.

The working week is 24 hours over 3 or 4 days. You should hold a full driving licence.
