Grants and Trusts Fundraiser

I’ve had a life-long interest in animals and worked in animal charities for most of my working career in various different roles. After working hands-on and on the front line in animal care in my early years, I soon realised that I could help more animals in need by utilising my fundraising and communication skills. 

Oak Tree is a fantastic and forward-thinking charity who I have admired and I am now delighted to be part of their team here. My role here includes finding potential funders for new projects, looking after funders who kindly donate to our existing ones and generally helping out and exploring ways we look for new income. Charities like Oak Tree Animals’ Charity need a continuous flow of donations to keep their vital work with animals going and I am proud to be able to help them as a Grants and Trusts Fundraiser.

Whilst I work, I have a little black doggy by my side, a strong cup of coffee (my favourite beverage) and a great fundraising team to talk to over the phone.
