A New Home For Christmas!

This weekend our Community Team worked in partnership with the British Hen Welfare Trust and found new homes for 69 ex commercial laying hens.

The British Hen Welfare Trust has a network of over 40 volunteers and external charities such as Oak Tree which finds homes for ex commercial layers all over the UK. This enables hens like Betty and Edna to enjoy a free range retirement.
