Speaking up for animals!

Recently, we have lent our support to the #FlopDontCrop campaign to raise awareness of the dangers and cruel practices around ear-cropping in dogs.

We were therefore delighted to hear that DEFRA had launched a consultation into the Commercial and Non-Commercial Movements of Pets into Great Britain to try to close some of the loopholes currently exploited by people to carry out ear-cropping procedures (which are illegal in the UK) and to tackle some of the welfare issues relating to puppy smuggling.
