Description

Gorgeous Matilda is a three year old Akita looking for new home. She came to us heavily pregnant and had 8 gorgeous puppies. Matilda is ready for her own home and we would be keen for her to go to a foster with view to adopt if someone would be interested in fostering her. Matilda has been an amazing mum, she adores getting out for walks and enjoying time off lead in the paddock.

Matilda is a very playful dog who will be an amazing adventure buddy for someone.  She already knows sit and paw, being foody she is always ready to be taught a new trick. She has been going for walks with different dogs and enjoying the company, her playful side shines through.

If you are an experienced owner looking for a true rescue dog, look no further. Matilda could be the dog for you! We would also be happy for Matilda to be fostered with the view to adopting so that potential adopters can see how she settles in.

WE HAVE MORE DOGS IN NEED

On average, we have 400 animals come into our shelter every year. Please take a look at some of our dogs looking for loving homes and see if you can find a friend for life. Where appropriate, all of our animals are vaccinated, microchipped and neutered. We also give each animal a behavioural assessment to identify their needs and help you find your perfect companion.
