Bronx

Description

Meet 14 year old Bronx who is currently in one of our wonderful foster homes. He is sociable around other dogs and is living around his foster carers sheep with no concerns. He could live with children aged 10 plus, calm older dogs and livestock. Bronx is better suited without cats as he can be tempted to chase cats. He is described as perfect houseguest by his foster mum who says he is a wonderful older boy. 

Bronx is hard of hearing but can hear some noise, he relies on watching his foster my for signals like tapping her leg to follow and in return he knows how to tell you when he wants to go out to the toilet or waits at his bowl around dinner time to remind you of the time. He enjoys going for forest walks and will stop and turn back when he is ready. He is happy going for short car rides but would prefer not to go on long drives as he does get stiff. 

Bronx has Metacam paracetamol and Amantadine daily for his arthritis and shaking which is understandable at his age. If you love a staffy and love a golden oldie, then you might just be the perfect match for our boy Bronx. We hope to have him adopted in the next couple of weeks and make his Christmas Wish come true.
